The National Association of Realtors® had a classic Kleenex problem. People knew the brand, but didn’t know there was a difference between a real estate agent and a Realtor. So, we created campaign that leaned into the emotional process that is buying a home, and how much of a difference a Realtor can make. And we called it “The Difference is Real.”
